Join the Tenderloin Museum on Wednesday, September 23, for “A Decade Plus One,” our 11th Annual Gala, an evening that is equal parts celebration and commitment.

Set against the stunning backdrop of The Green Room at San Francisco War Memorial, one of the city’s most striking architectural settings, the night will bring together our most devoted supporters for live entertainment, community voices, distinctive food and drink, and an opportunity to connect with Tenderloin enthusiasts.

Each year, this gala honors our ongoing work preserving and sharing the rich history of one of San Francisco’s most vibrant, misunderstood, and storied neighborhoods.

This year, we are taking the party to The Green Room at San Francisco War Memorial, a grand and intimate venue steps from City Hall that has hosted luminaries, performers, and civic gatherings for over a century. It is a fitting setting for a museum that has spent 11 years proving the Tenderloin belongs in San Francisco’s cultural and civic conversations. We may be scrappy by nature, but we clean up beautifully. Cocktail attire suggested.

Year in Review

2025 was unlike any other year at Tenderloin Museum. We celebrated our decade as a neighborhood and community institution. It would take far too much room to sum up everything we accomplished, but a good place to start is KTVU’s feature with Executive Director Katie Conry.
